I've been coaching others since I was very young ( I just didn't know it was coaching at the time). People always came to me for advice, even my parents. After going through a lot of hard shit, including a marriage and divorce by the age of 25, various health issues over the years and the repeated complete collapse of my life as I knew it, I've finally gained the tools and experience to create an amazing life and business. I'm certified in Life Coaching and Reiki , am a Marketing Coaching program alum, and have been coaching in business, life and relationships for over 10 years. I've been a blog and social media manager for a startup, as well as general marketing manager. I've worked with non-profit organizations and businesses over the years, helping them develop systems and marketing plans, branding and material, helping to cultivate a voice and a brand before I switched over to coaching women entrepreneurs in the health, wellness + beauty spaces. I have lots of experience in marketing, writing, copywriting, copyediting, and love helping businesses and women find their voices and communicate effectively.
